Brandon a professional Master 2 degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy and Arbitration and a masters 1 degree in Investment Law and International Trade in Africa, both from the University of Dschang. He also holds a bachelor of laws degree from the University of Dschang.
Brandon is passionate about the law and since joining Z&P, he has advised various clients on complex financial transactions (structured finance: project/corporate finance, including syndicated and sovereign loans). He has also advised clients on their commercial transactions, compliance and corporate governance from a local law perspective.
He has also been involved in a number of cross-border transactions and investments, addressing foreign exchange regulatory issues. 
His capacity to deliver quality work in French and English is of great value to the firm.
