Press Release No 00000363 MINFI/SG/DCRP/CELCOM of 11 August 2023, issued by the Minister of Finance, announcing the signing of a portfolio guarantee agreement on Wednesday 16 August 2023 in Yaoundé between the State of Cameroon, the Professional Association of Credit Institutions of Cameroon (in its French acronym “APECCAM”) and the National Association of Microfinance Institutions of Cameroon (in its French acronym “ANENCAM”) within the framework of the effective implementation of the State's guarantee mechanism to businesses on domestic loans for the year 2023.
